The game board you find nearby is the whole point of this cache. A large maple log has been chainsaw-carved into a chess/checker board, and numerous small wooden disks are available to passers-by to play checkers. Prefer chess? Then you gotta find the cache! The pieces are inside, along with other swag.
Please leave the chess pieces! If you want to swap individual pieces, thats fine just leave a full set.
