Meet Captain Frels Traditional Cache

A quick (maybe) P & G located in historic Colorado County

Captain William Frels and his brother John established the first town in historic Colorado County right here in these parts. The town was rightly named Frelsburg. Don't just pass on by. Be sure to check out the beautiful and stately Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church (founded 1843) just arond the corner. Don't leave without taking a peek inside Heinsohn's General Store (it's right behind you). Heisohn's has been in operation since 1865 and they have everything from turtle traps to sausage making supplies to cast iron bean pots!
