Geocache Description:

A number of villages within the Paphos district have started utilising old fishing boats to add interest and draw attention to their locality .

We thought we would like to create a series of caches to lead you to these places.

We are starting with four, but will add others as and when we discover them.

None of the caches are located on or around the boats themselves, usually within about 20 - 30 mts.

This is the second in the series and one of the nicest areas. There is parking space in the side road and lots of interesting things to see in the small park. This includes not only the boat itself but quite a few pieces of nautical equipment etc, it is also sometimes lit up at night.

There is a playground for the children where they have their own small boat to play in. Beware of being watched by people in the nearby DIY shop or at the bus stop, as well as those frequenting the park..

The cache has now been replaced by a small plastic tub .
