This wee series can be combined to a circular walk with the Rothes Castle and The Rothes Hideaway.
To find the cache: Tricky to reach the site. Please respect the terrain difficulty. Can be slippery in places. For the best access use the wee path near the rock near the trail downhill, and follow the bank to your left. It's a wee green cache, but a bigger friend takes good care about the cache. Please don't remove the cache or his friend from the hiding place. It should be possible to grab the log without removing the cache - in case it's too tricky please send a picture from the view. Please be so kind and treat this fellow with care. Thanks a lot.
Please be prepared, due to the natural environment and the vegetation this valley has a higher humidity and the path can be wet or muddy in places. I will try to change the logs as often as possible, however I thank you for replace them in case they might be soaked or please send a short message. Please bring a pen.
