Geocache Description:

The Pede-let's first geocache!

We lived nearby for at least a year before realizing that there was a privately-owned grass airfield here. While the cache is hidden safely on the other side of the public road, do be aware of low-flying aircraft landing or taking off from Myrick and don't park directly in the flight path at the crest of the hill.

We love the rolling hills in this part of the Edmond/Guthrie area, and you can see all the way to downtown Oklahoma City (the Devon Tower, in particular) from the high points on nearby roads. There are also a lot of horses nearby.
