The cache is at posted coordinates. You can sign the logbook anytime. To log the challenge online you need to fulfill the following condition:
You must have logged at least one cache placed in every month starting from January 2001.
On the day of the publication of this challenge cache that means finding at least 188 caches from 188 different months. That number will grow by 1 with every month that passes by.
Do not forget to find a cache from the current month before logging a find!
