Hong Kong Scouts has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manages several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters of the Kwun Tong District, Kowloon Bay District, Sau Mau Ping District & Lei Yue Mun District, which are under the East Kolwoon Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
Unlike other district headquarters, this venue is being shared by 4 district headquarters.

Kwun Tong District
The Kwun Tong District has 50 years in history, this is one of the oldest district within the region.

The Kowloon Bay district has 30 years in history, and has 19 Scout groups within the district.

The Sau Mau Ping District established in 1981, and now has 27 Scout groups within the district.

THE CACHE
The listed coordinates will take you to the Big Tree at the round about infront of the building.
Near the tree there is a shelter just infront of the building entrance.
Count how many chairs are under that shelter. The answer is the floor number that you need to go to.
Once arrived the floor that the cache is located. You will see the entrance of the 4 district Scout headquarters.
The cache is just outside the 4 Distrct HQs, which means you don't need to go inside to look for it.
The cache is a contact lens case size container.
