Let's Celebrate Traditional Cache

To commemorate International Geocahing Day (2016) - as well as the International Geocaching Day Event in Windsor (on Aug 20/16); this cache will be published during the event - and left for future cachers to find.

This is an easy cache - except for the fact that it is in a HIGH muggle area - so extreme stealth must be used to retrieve this cache.  The container will show one way to celebrate a find, but please bring your own pen or pencil!
