This cache was originally placed for the the First State Challenge 2016 sponsored by Delaware Geocachers! Although the challenge has ended, this cache is still available to be found! Use American Legion parking lot. Use the street by the cannon, not by the train car.

Description:
In gratitude for the aid provided by the citizens of the United States to those of France during and after World War II, the French citizens sent a gift-laden train to the United States. This particular boxcar was presented to the citizens of Delaware on February 12, 1949.
