The entrance of Kakunodate town that is called “Michinoku no Sho-Kyoto” (small Kyoto in Tohoku area) is calm. Shinkanse express trains stop here. However, there is not any convenience stores around the station. Please enjoy to stay Kakunodate town, and bring your pen.
みちのくの小京都と称される角館の玄関口はわりとひっそりとしています。JR秋田新幹線・田沢湖線と秋田内陸線が乗り入れる角館駅前にはコンビニエンスストアがありません。（２０１６年８月現在）静かでのどかな角館の町を楽しんでください。筆記具を持参ください。
