According to the guidelines for challenge caches, the difficulty rating is based on the challenge, the terrain rating on the challenge cache location. The difficulty and terrain ratings are 5/2.5 because it is so arduous to find a cache every day, with the possible exception of one, not because this cache is hard to find. This cache all by itself would be a difficulty/terrain rating of 1.5/2.5. The cache itself is easy to find if you are a tall person.
