In this Wherigo, you will be visiting historical landmarks and statues of Point Pleasant. The walk takes you to 11 locations, but they are fairly close together. The total walk to the final is less than 2000 feet. Take time to enjoy the beautiful murals and statues along the way!
Take a stroll and learn about the history of Point Pleasant. Do you know who Mad Anne Bailey was? How familiar are you with the Mansion House or the River Museum? Do you know the roles that Chief Cornstalk or Lord Dunmore played in the Battle of Point Pleasant? This Wherigo will make you more acquainted with Point Pleasant's past and will reward you with coordinates to a final container nearby.
