Geocache Description:

The coordinates for this cache will likely take you to a place you've never been. It's a peaceful oasis just off a busy road. Great spot for fishing. I've even been swimming here, but it's not for everyone. You would not want to hit this cache during a super high tide. Otherwise, it's easy access from a convenient pull-off from the main road. Drive slowly. To access the cache, you'll want to unhitch the lid, though the cache will remain in its anchored spot.

The name comes from Charles Dickens' Great Expectations. The cache, like Pip's mother's grave, overlooks the marsh. Enjoy.
