Not hidden at the posted coordinates!
I love trains. I mean, I grew up with them. My grandfather worked for the railroad for 27 years, and had a large Lionel model train layout in the attic of his garage. His layout could run 4 trains at once!
My train of thought would get derailed when I heard a train whistle for a distant crossing. I would try to figure out whether the train was operated by a specific railroad, just by the tone of the horn, and whether it was a 3 or 5-chime horn. Some people call fanatics like me "foamers", but I prefer "railfan." Another term would be Ferroequinologist; one who studies the Iron Horse.
I have actually rode in the cabs of 3 locomotives, including Union Pacific steam locomotives 844 and 3985. Maybe one day when UP 4014, the Big Boy is restored to operation, I can add that cab ride to my most treasured memories. I actually have small slices of rail, some 136#, some 90# (pounds per yard weight) that decorates my front porch.
Some people race trains to the crossing in order to beat it across, for whatever silly reason (you still lose if you tie a train at the crossing). I would race a train to a crossing, stop short, bail out of the vehicle while it is still skidding to a halt, camera in hand, and set up for a picture of the lead locomotive. You laugh; I have done this! I have hiked 5 miles into the wilderness, to capture a railfan photo nobody else has.

I have railfanned in blizzards, rain, hail, blistering heat, even the dark of night.

Did I mention I love trains?
