I drive past this place every time I go to Penrith. This is an easy cache to replace my "Crimson Cows" which had to be archived. Except for the locals, many don't even realise that this is a correctional centre, because of the agricultural link and rural nature of the area.
You are looking for a small sistema covered with natural camo. Since it is next to the pathway, please ensure it is covered adequately because this is a high muggle area. This is NOT a park and grab- if you do so, you do it at your own peril. Police patrol the area. Safest parking is in one of the nearby streets. In mid December 2016, this area was slanted to become a High security prison, and so for a while all the dairy cows had been removed. That idea, highly upsetting the locals is claimed to be one reason it will not go ahead, though the government apparently claims it is due to it being a flood plain.
