Este local têm este nome devido á grande diferença de altitude, o que faz com que o local tenha uma excelente visão para a Serra dos Candeeiros. Do local avista-se também a aldeia do Carrascal.

A cache não está não está no melhor sitio devido ao mesmo ser privado, mas está num sitio com uma excelente paisagem.
