Geocache Description:

This cache was originally placed for the the First State Challenge 2016 sponsored by Delaware Geocachers! Although the challenge has ended, this cache is still available to be found!

FSC-2016 Clown's Domocile

Cache Details:
This cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. The coordinates will take you to the parking across the street from a well known clown's domicile. This area can be busy at various times of the day so please observe all traffic signs and watch for pedestrians.

You need to solve the easy field puzzle from near the parking and then you can walk about 0.20 miles to the final. Cache is a medium lock 'n lock.

A. The number of dormers on the front of the Clown's Domocile PLUS 2 = A.

B. At the coordinates, there are multiple signs designating reserve parking for the Clown's Domocile. Count all of the letter Ds on one sign = B.

C. At the main entrance across Rockland Road from parking, there is a large sign for the Clown's Domocile and the address. Number of letters in the fifth word = C.

D. Look at the multi-story parking garage. On the side facing Rockland Road, count the number of red flags and SUBTRACT 3 = D.

Description:
The cache is located at world famous Clown's Domocile. The Clown has many homes that tend to be very close to hospitals treating very sick children. In Delaware the obvious location would be next to the Nemours Childrens Hospital.

Most times the clown will not be home so you will have to settle for life size statue at main entrance to the house. Also at the entrance is a Charles Park's statue.

Rather than have his home sit empty, the very generous clown makes this a "home away from home" to families of seriously or chronically ill or injured children who are being treated at the Nenours Childrens Hospital. Being a very wealthy clown, the domicile is very large and can accommodate up to 50 families and always provides a free evening meal.
