Geocache Description:

My last name is Bird :). I grew up at the top of I road. Took my family to see the farm and decided to place this cache in honor of my parents. We were the first farmers to use water from the big canal. We even have a photo of our family and Miss Washington opening the gate :). This area was all sagebrush back in 1969. My cousin lives down the road and will maintain the cache.
