As you walk down the old historical rail road trail, you may see piles of the old rail road ties left behind by the railroad comapany. If you are lucky you may also be able to find some old railroad spikes. These old remnates are fairly common sites along this nice trail. When you reach the four way intersection and take a left up the hill you will be brought back in time. There is 100 year old tree and nice stonewalls left from when it was used for farmland.
This is the first cache I've ever made, so please bear with me. Your journey will start from the trail head by the parking area. Going down the trail from the trail head you will come to a four-way intersection. Take a left and go up the hill. Along here you will see alot of giant old trees probably over one hundred years old. If you follow this trail it will lead you near the cache. Note the cache is not on the main rail trail, rather it is off a side trail. Happy hunting!
