Andrés de Santa Cruz y Calahumana (n. La Paz, Bolivia, 5 de diciembre de 1972 - m. Beauvoir, Francia, 25 de septiembre de 1865) , fue un militar y político peruano-boliviano. Fue presidente de la Junta de Gobierno del Perú (1827), presidente de Bolivia (1829-1839) y Protector de la Confederación Perú-Boliviana (1836-1839). Fue nombrado por el gobierno peruano Gran Mariscal de Zepita .

Andrés de Santa Cruz y Calahumana (December 5, 1792, Huarina, Bolivia – September 25, 1865, Beauvoir, France) was President of Peru (1827) and Bolivia (1829–39). He also served as Supreme Protector of the short-lived Peru-Bolivian Confederation (1836–39), a political entity created mainly by his personal endeavors.
