We were taken here by our guide and local cacher and contact for cache maintenance Sun Lea from http://montserratislandtours.com/. This former Museum is derelict and lies just outside Plymouth the former capital of Montserrat. It now forms part of the living Museum which testifies to the incredible power of an active stratovolcono. The cache is located outside the Zone V exclusion zone and easily accessable by taxi or hire car. No special permissions are required to complete the cache.
The cache container is large enough for swaps.
