Geocache Description:

Looking for an ammo can on the side of a mountain. Should be an easy find once you get there.

Previously we had a cool cache at the bottom of the mountain called Watering Trough. It had to be archived because the land owner posted the property. However, the adjacent land owner has granted permission to place a cache on his land so we are placing a new cache just "up the hill and the bank" from the previous location.  The cache container was given to D by little c as a birthday present.

There is a small parking area very close to ground zero but it is not the best spot because you must back out into the road and the gravel is very loose. There is better parking just up the road or down the road from the cache site. However, these spots require walking along the edge of the road for a few hundred yards. For this reason the terrain rating is being elevated.

Once you solve the parking problem it is just a few leg muscle burning moments to ground zero. Gloves are recomended and we hope your Tetanus shot is up to date.

There is a Frog Geocache container for the First to Find.

Congratulations to bizztigers5 for the First to Find
