Info over de Zevenbunder Geo-Tour
De Zevenbunder Geo-Tour (kortweg ZBGT, bestaande uit 10 caches) is een korte wandeling (± 5km) doorheen Schiplaken. De tour begint met de eerste cache in het hartje van de Zevenbunderwijk. Daarna volg je de Terlindenlaan - genoemd naar Burggraaf Georges de Terlinden - naar het centrum van Schiplaken. Hier sla je linksaf een recente wijk in, de Karabiniersstraat. Na hier een cache te hebben gevonden wandel je langs de Blokstraat richting het kasteel van Schiplaken. Je volgt verder de Blokstraat tot de kruising met de Bosveldweg. Hier wandel je door de Lelielaan met uitzicht op het Steentjesbos. Verder passeer je nog langs een weide met schapen die er doorheen het grootste deel van het jaar staan te grazen. Uiteindelijk keer je terug richting centrum Schiplaken via de Gottendijsdreef en langs Bakkerij Vermeulen, dan langs Kriekelarenveld om uiteindelijk de Geo-Tour af te sluiten in de Erasmuslaan van de Zevenbunderwijk.
De eerdere cache 11 is door het verwijderen van #10 naar plaats 10 verschoven. Cache 9 is al enkele iteraties doorgaan en daarom al eens van de kaart verdwenen. Cache 1 (Zevenbunderbos) bestond vroeger al maar is pas sinds 6/9/'16 in de geo-tour opgenomen. Cache #12 (welke nu dus cache 11 zou zijn) is nooit gepubliceerd geweest maar zou in de toekomst misschien toegevoegd worden.

Info about the Zevenbunder Geo-Tour
Important: To find the optional ZBGT-bonuscache, you have to find the five letters and their corresponding numbers on dýmotags in the ten caches of the tour.
The Zevenbunder Geo-Tour (ZBGT in short, consisting of 10 caches) is a short hike (± 5km) trough the village of Schiplaken. The tour starts with the first cache in the very center of the Zevenbunderwijk. You then follow the Terlindenlaan - named after Viscount Georges de Terlinden - to the village center. Here you turn left into the recently constructed Karabiniersstraat. After having picked up a cache here, you head in the direction of the castle of Schiplaken, however not taking the path directly to the castle. Instead you follow the Blokstraat until its crossing with the Bosveldweg. Here you walk along the Lelielaan with a view of the Steentjesbos. Further following the tour you pass by a meadow with sheep grazing throughout most of the year. Eventually you return to the center of Schiplaken following the Gottendijsdreef and passing by the local bakery Vermeulen. Concluding the Geo-Tour you follow Kriekelarenveld to the Erasmuslaan of the Zevenbunderwijk.
