Geocache Description:

Grover encourages you to enjoy a walk along the seawall, and stop in for some local refreshments. To find him, look just barely south of the derelict billboard.

Grover the baby seal is tethered to a container with the geocache log, and can be pulled out of his home bored into the seawall. First to find gets a Japanese stamp set to enhance future Geocache logging. You'll need to find Grover in his seawall home from street level, just a few feet south of the derelict street sign. Please make sure to put Grover back exactly as you found him; wind him back up, and be sure to properly affix him and the log to the flexible forest green stick that helps get him in and out of his home. Watch out for muggles!
