The cache is not at the given coordinates, but they will help you gather the required clues. The interesting part of this cache is the puzzle. The find should be easy. Bring a pen.
My wife decided that she wanted to take a cruise in Northern Europe. My first thought was “I wonder how many new countries I will be able to cache in?” My next thought was “My wife wouldn’t like it if I ended a sentence with a preposition.”
I was looking at multi-caches in capitol of Denmark and saw that many used the concept of a “Gade”. I have tried to look up the word, and it sort of translates into either street or block. Anyway, this was an idea I had not seen before and I thought that cachers in the Austin area would appreciate a new type of puzzle. Actually, it is really simpler than it looks.
In Denmark, many of the “Gade” puzzles involve bus stops. So, the given coordinates take you to a bus stop. You have to find two numbers. They are white numbers with a blue background. The first number is four digits long and is the stop number. The second number is a three digit number and is just below the first number.
Here is how you solve the puzzle. If you were to use my last two street addresses, you would have the numbers 4404 and 3010. If you put these number in ascending order, you get 00013444. Next, you add the digits between 0 and 9 that were not used. This would be 256789. Put the numbers together and you will get 00013444256789. Finally, assign these numbers to the letters of the alphabet. You end up with a=0, b=0, c=0, d=1, e=3, f=4, g=4, h=4, i=5,j=6, k=7, l=8, and m=9. This is just an example. You will have to solve your own puzzle.
The final coordinates will be N 30° ab.jbk ,W 097° ca.kdg
