Many years ago, a man's fantasy became a reality in a form never seen before: Oneonta Kitchen Stadium, a giant cooking arena and West End staple. The motivation for spending his fortune to create Oneonta Kitchen Stadium was to encounter new original cuisines which could be called true artistic creations. To realize his dream, he secretly started choosing the top chefs of various styles of cooking, and he named his men the Iron Chefs: the invincible men of culinary skills. Now most of those men said they could not pronounce Oneonta, all except Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Oneonta Kitchen Stadium is the arena where Iron Chef awaits the challenges of buffet critiques from around the world. Using all their senses, skill, creativity, they are to prepare artistic dishes never tasted before but are sometimes based on Baseball or cold cheese .
