This trail is located in the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest in a Wildlife Habitat Area which is closed to motorized vehicle use to provide a "quiet" area for a variety of wildlife species. The 235 Road Trail is open for hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding. The old forest road is mostly flat and meanders through ponderosa pines for 4 miles when it ends at Chevelon Canyon. Enjoy a hike or bike ride along this scenic forest trail in the cool pines.
