The Old_Bat is having a birthday and we are placing a cache to commemorate the occasion. You will learn a little bit about her and her church while attempting to solve this puzzle.

Your journey begins at the posted coordinates where you will find a sign. The man in charge at this location (at least on the ground), is not known as Dr. Samuel or as Father Henry, but as Brother ______. X is the sum of the letter values of his name.

The last 4 digits of the phone number spell a well known church phrase. Y is the sum of the letter values of this phrase.  If you are lucky, and one of the vans is in the parking area, you may save some effort.

Nearby, the sidewalk seems to take a detour around a fairly common object.  The name of this object is two words.  The first word is four letters and the sum of the letter values is 38. Z is the number of letters in the second word.
