SOYR #2 Steely Dan Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

onecrazycanadian: Hi,

The low health score on this cache has remained below 60 since our last contact. I see no sign of any maintenance being done to correct this and I have had no response from the owner since my last contact. Due to the lack of response I have no idea if any corrective action has been taken. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. Under directions from HQ, if the cache was archived for maintenance issues, it will not be unarchived. If you wish to replace it you will have to do so with a new listing.

Thanks

Geocache Description:

The second in the Yacht Rock series.

What is Yacht Rock you ask? Its the smooth lighter rock from the period of the mid 70's to the mid 80's.

Steely Dan debuted in 1972 with their unique blend of Jazz and Rock. They were a pioneering force of Yacht Rock, since many of the other artists in the genre were either in the band, back up singers, or studio musicians for them (most notably Michael McDonald & Skunk Baxter from The Doobie Brothers and Jeff Porcoro & David Paich of Toto). Notable hits are Do It Again, Rikki Don't Lose That Number, Peg, Josie, Hey Nineteen and my favourite, Deacon Blues to name a few.

The cache is a small one cammoed to its surroundings.  BYOP and please replace as found.
