This place just looked like it should have a cache - kind of a quiet spot (at least when it's not Christmas time!) before you get into the real busy area of the mall parking lot. It will be an easy grab for those of you who have seen these kind of caches before, harder if you haven't.
Please note that there is ABSOLUTELY no reason to open or otherwise tamper with these utility boxes!!! The cache is NOT inside the box!
