Chloe's First Hide Traditional Cache

Placed on a 3km boardwalk that loops around on a place called Birch Island. Please be wary of muggles. It's easy enough to walk in the summer and fall although snow shoes may be required in the winter. Please be wary of any flooding in the area during the spring. The amount of water in the area depends on the amount of snow during the winter, and if the ice breaks up enough and can move out through the mouth of the river. Seasonal access is noted for this reason.

A cache placed by my niece Chloe and I on a day outing around town. She said she wanted to help me hide a cache, so here it is. It's a nice spot with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Continue on the road to a beach with an incredible view of Birch Island. There is an old road near the beach as well. If you walk along it, you may be able to see some remnants of houses where people used to live back in the 50s and 60s. Chloe and I hope you enjoy the area. Safe hunting.
