This cache is located on Lehigh Valley Trail, one of the many (and accessible!) trails that make up Lime Hollow. Lime Hollow encompasses nearly 430 acres of beautiful rolling hills and shallow glacial valleys, forests, fields, streams, numerous ponds and vernal pools, a peat bog, and a great diversity of flora and fauna. Located on the border between Cortland and Tompkins Counties, Lime Hollow offers over 12 miles of open-to-the-public, entrance-fee free trails, public nature programs, and adventure day camps for youth (http://www.limehollow.org/). There is also an array of accessible trails, that provide wide, flat, and smooth terrain for any type of wheelchair or power chair. To find this cache, take Lehigh Valley Trail from the parking lot. The cache is placed roughly 60 yards past a green sign that reads, "NYS Environmental Protection Fund Osbeck Conservation Area" on the right of the trail. The cache container blends in with nature. There is no pencil within the container so please bring your own.
