Geocache Description:


DATE: Friday, September 23rd 2016

TIME: 6:00pm - 6:30pm

PLACE: Spitzee Elementary School, High River

 Please meet at the playground


The High River Geocachers are planning a weekend caching event similar to Calgary's CCAR. There will be several caches released specifically for the event with the first batch available to find as of 7:00pm on Friday, September 23rd 2016!

 

This event is a 'kick-off" for the weekend. It is a place to gather, collect event information, get maps, share in the excitement, etc. and will allow ample time for geocachers to head to their 'starting position' for the clock to strike 7:00pm  


This will be the perfect evening to geocache in High River as they host the International Balloon Festival and during the Friday evening there will be a special 'night glow' so I believe we will see hot air balloons light up the sky as we geocache!
