Just off the Loop Trail in an interesting rock area where the rocks have been sculptured by the wind and weather.
I made two trips up the tram to get some hiking in out of the outrageous desert temperatures. On my first trip up I hiked to San Jacinto Peak and on my second trip I hiked the trail system picking up all the Notch caches along the Desert View Trail. I then headed off on the Loop Trail and added this cache at about the half way point.
There is little to no phone signal so make sure to store the cache's coordinates before you head up if you're using a smartphone.
Please be safe along the hike and bring water as there is none after you leave the top tram station.
