This is in tribute to that ubiquitous bovine that has made such an important contribution to the history of the wild, wild, west, including some of history's more famous mavericks .

The Illawarra is an Australian dairy cattle that takes its name from a region some 50 miles south of Sydney. They can be a mixture of colors with red and a bit of white being the most common. The Illawarra is a good milker and is known for easy calving.
