Don't BYOP Mystery Cache

With school starting this week, we thought we would place this cache in honor of the all the school children.  BUT...don't expect to find the cache at these coordinates because GROUNDSPEAK does not like to have caches at schools!

So...we decided to make this a simple puzzle to solve for the REAL coordinates.  Although this cache is not at the school, it is probably best found after school hours or the weekend to avoid the rush cars that line this street during school hours.  Without the school traffic this is a quiet little street at the back of the neighborhood.  Have fun!  AND...as the title says...no need to bring your own pen for this one!
