Geocache Description:

A fun to find cache along I-95 designed by USN Radio Chief.

The cache combination is listed in the hint - Due to numerous animals being re-painted, this one isn't working the way it was originally designed. It will be archived soon and a new Wherigo Cache will take its place. - Stay tuned.

South of the Border is famous for many things, but photographs of their concrete statues are most likely found in in millions of scraps books and Facebook selfies from Miami, Florida to Houlton, Maine. We all have our favorite statue - This cache incorporates a few of my favorites. The cache is located at the posted coordinates but in order to sign the log you are going to have to work a little puzzle. The cache is locked with a combination lock...In order to crack the lock and sign the log, you will first have to find the 10 concrete statues associated with the photos below.

Listed in no particular order - all ten statues have a large "mailbox" number pasted on or near the pictured items. I'm not going to hold your hand and lead you to the statues but you will have to walk around and find these incredible roadside tributes. Use the provided hints to find the actual hiding location of each number. If there is no number, you are at the wrong statue. If the number is a zero or an eight - ignore it, it will not be a number in the combination lock. If it is any other digit, you have found a number to the lock's combination. You will need 4 numbers to open the lock - it might be a good idea to write them down. "What order do I place the found digits?" you may ask. That's for you to decide, but looking at the cache birdhouse could provide the needed information for the order of digits to open the lock. Good luck - some of the statues will be easy to recognize and others might be a little difficult - there are over 50 statues on the S.o.B property.
