Our family visit this marvellous place every time we come to the area! I was surprised to see that there were no caches here so approached the British Ironwork Centre who gave me permission to set these (thanks to Sophia Knowles).
I think that it could best be described as a metal safari park! There are dozens of life-sized African animals ‘grazing’ on the field, leaping the fences and checking out the visitors. There’s also a massive silver back gorilla and an assortment of farmyard animals dotted around the centre.
You don’t need to pay to get in and parking is also free.

This cache is located just inside the entrance, with parking space right next to it (though don’t leave your car here while you find the other caches – please move to the main car park). You’re looking for a small magnetic tube covered in silver tape.
