It's possible to do both (Austria East and Austria North) with bicycle, not in one day, but those who will do both will have a nice tour. If you do not go with the bicycle, no problem! The cache is also easily to do with a medium, but flate walk (approx. 8km in total from Deutsch Jahrndorf [AT] or Čunovo [SK] or Rajka [HU]).
Be aware, there is also a 3rd Cache, which is listed only at geochaching.hu - so do not get confused!
