This series of caches has exposed the cacher to the Navy Officer ranks. Not all officers aspire to command ships...there are other trades, other than MARS in the Navy, such as Admin, Finance, Engineering, Medical, etc. However, with the CO (Cache Owner...not the Commanding Officer) being of a Hard Sea Trade, I have taken the liberty of aligning this ranking series towards a sea borne platform. A Commander would usually be the rank held by the CO (Commanding Officer...not the Cache Owner) of a Canadian Patrol Frigate (but that is another Naval series of caches in Fort Erie).
