Our cleanup location is Morro Strand South at HWY 41; all volunteers will gather at the beach access point. I'll have a sign reading "CITO" so we cachers can find each other. The event begins at 9 am and runs until noon, and they ask that we arrive early.
ECOSLO's reminders for the day:
- We recommend closed-toed shoes, dressing in layers, and a hat.
- Bring water and a snack to keep you fueled for the morning!
- ECOSLO will have some supplies available, such as buckets and bags, but if you have litter grabbers, a bucket and reusable gloves we highly recommend you bring those with you.
All participants are required to fill out a waiver prior to participating; I will have one available when you arrive on-site. All minors must have their parent or guardian's signed consent on the waiver to participate.

Directions from CA-1 North, north of downtown Morro Bay:
Exit CA-41 N ramp, exit 279B to Atascadero. Take a left onto CA-41/Atascadero Rd. heading west. Park in the lot before the road bends left, across from wastewater treatment site. Look for Coastal Cleanup Day signage.
I look forward to meeting all of you as we help clean up our little corner of paradise!
