Spirit Quest - Fern Hill Cemetery.
The cache is located inside the cemetery in a wooded area that is well away from any graves. It should be fairly easy find especially with the use of the hint. As with any cemetery cache please be respectful of the grounds and any possible visitors or mourners that might not understand what we are doing. Limit your search to daylight hours only please.
There is very little history available for this cemetery other than the first internment was in 1877 and there are over 26,000 internments. What makes this cemetery unique is a section on the other end of the cemetery from the cache called Petland. Actually it is a separate cemetery devoted entirely to pets. There is a mortuary and crematorium there too. If you are a Pet lover you owe it to yourself to take a moment drive over there, and walk around the Petland Cemetery and remember those much loved pets that have their final resting pace here. Petland Cemetery is located approximately at N 46 59.721 W 123 48.113 I have included a reference point on the cache as well for ease in loading it into your GPS.
