Geocache Description:

To solve this multi, at the published co-ordinates, you will find a Memorial to José Rizal (1861-1896) who is considered to be one of the greatest heroes of the Philippines.

The reserve is comprised of 1.2479 hectares, is 732 metres long, 20 metres wide, and was inaugurated on 5 July 1998.

The Philippines celebrates its Independence Day (or "Day of Freedom") with an annual national holiday, observed on June 12, commemorating the Philippine Declaration of Independence from Spain on June 12, 1898.

In my search for information about the reserve, it appears every year there is a wreath laying ceremony at this Memorial celebrating Independence.

A Herald article about the then Philippine President Joseph Estrada visiting Rizal Reserve (June 2000) is contained in the related web page above and this explains more about the reserves connection to the Philipines.

For this multi when at the Memorial, with some counting and a few simple calculations (convert the first letter of the word into a number) create the final co-ordinates and find the log book.

Every journey starts at the beginning, so look for text starting with "Physician" and numbers are counted as words.
