Randolph and BettyBoo3747 were checking out the ruins of the old Beechworth Rifle Club, and discussing the merits of various rifles and ammunition.
"The bullets will travel at 3,200km/h, and a little bit of wind over this distance will have a big effect!" said Randolph.
"Well, seeing you're a bit of an adventure rat, let's have a shooting competition, F-class, 500 yards, 15 shots." challenged BettyBoo, "Your little mate can spot for us, and score."
"We can make the V-bull score as 6, for a bit more of a challenge" said Randolph.
"Done!" exclaimed BettyBoo.
"What about me?" I said.
"You'll be writing up the cache notes!" said Randolph.

So here I am writing up the mystery. They took their shots over the old range.
To work out where the mystery goes you need BettyBoo's target sheet below.

The start of the cache is the old firing line of the 500 yard range.
The solution of the puzzle should put you near the butts of this range.
You don't actually have to go there (but there is a nice multi there, and a lot of spent bullets to find!)
To find the cache you need to do a projection from there, back down the range to near the firing position.
470 meters and 227 degrees true should be a close approximation of the 500 yard range which used to be here.
You are looking for a fruit container (Randolph is a healthy rat - no eclipse tins for him!)
Good Luck.
Don't forget the clue for Randolph's final.
Checker for the Puzzle section only:

Randolph has produced 10 tokens that go with his caches for any cachers who find the matching caches.
When you find the caches, PM me your address, and Randolph will post the ones you have earned out to you.
This is the only way you can get one of Randolph's tokens.
The caches that presently have tokens are: 01 Treeclimber, 02 Vampire Hunter, 04 Pirate's Treasure, 05 Shred the Trails, 09 Thirsty work, 10 Rat Hoppet, 11 Ready Aim Fire, 13 Hang Glider, 14 Winton Racer, and 15 The Final.
