The event is from 8:30 to 9 AM with a picture being taken at 8:55 AM. Several individual "Deadly Ducks" trackable tags will be given away as well as a complete set of seven to one lucky winner! All geocachers in the group photo will be eligible for the drawing. Bring your own travel bugs to share or pass along, but more importantly, bring yourself to see old friends and meet new ones.
A brief history about the ducks... Way back in 2001, the first trackables were sent to travel the world. Geocaching.com founder Jeremy Irish released 7 "Deadly Ducks" (which were really rubber duckies) into the wild and let people know to move them from geocache to geocache.
