Avenue Foch
Cette cache est située sur l’avenue Foch, la plus large avenue de la capitale (1300 mètres de long et 120 mètres de large) ! La boite est toute proche du Monument à Alphand.

Monument à Alphand
Jean-Charles Adolphe Alphand est un des grands acteurs de la rénovation de Paris sous Haussmann. Ingénieur des Ponts et Chaussées, il est en charge à partir de 1853 du « Service des Promenades de Paris », et aménage les bois de Boulogne et Vincennes, les parcs des Buttes-Chaumont, Montsouris, etc. Il participe aussi à la préparation de l'exposition universelle de Paris de 1889.

Le sculpteur Aime Jules Dalou réalise en 1896 ce monument, qui sera inauguré 3 ans plus tard.

Avenue Foch
This cache is located in the avenue Foch, the widest avenue in Paris (1300 meters long and 120 meters wide). The micro box is close to the Monument to Alphand.

Monument to Alphand
Jean-Charles Adolphe Alphand was a French engineer and landscape architect. Under Napoléon III, Alphand participated in the renovation of Paris directed by Baron Haussmann. He designed many public parks, including the Bois de Boulogne, Bois de Vincennes, Buttes-Chaumont and Montsouris.

The sculptor Aime Jules Dalou made this Monument to Alphand in 1896.
