You are looking for a micro container located off of Lake Forest in Irvine

As much as we all love to race off to the next cache on the list for the day, keep the speed down on these back roads my fellow cachers. This little bugger should be relatively easy to find, however if placed back correctly may take a TOTT to retrieve. Have fun and happy caching all!
