ここ西院春日神社の敷地内には、旅行安全・還来成就の守り神「還来(もどろき)神社」があります。御神前の神石「梛石」には、旅行するものが撫でて無事に還来成就をなし、厄年の者や病弱者は撫でて厄除、健康の回復、病傷平癒を祈る習慣があります。
