I have always loved football so I knew I had to place a cache here. An interesting fact is that four biology professors (including myself) at this small university are all from Eastern Pennsylvania and we are all avid Philadelphia Eagles fans. Unfortunately the Eagles have a had some bad years but it's going to turn around this season, or next season....I just know it.
Parking permits are not required before 8AM and after 3PM on weekdays and are not required on weekends. Parking is very close but I would check to make sure there is not a football game going on or the muggle factor will increase the difficulty. Permission has been granted for cache placement.
