Geocache Description:

Just your typical old JOE, with room for TB's and tradables. 

The JOE cache series was started by alto saxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off Exit". This series was started as an Interstate 79 equivalent to the I-68 JOE's, the "Loop to Loop" and I-81 cache series that was started in Nashville TN by cgeek.

The JOE caches are placed no more than two tenths of a mile from the exit and the hint is a dead give away to the cache location. JOE caches are an easy way to pick up more cache finds while traveling. When planning trips some struggle with which caches really will be quick grabs and which may end as disasters and getting lost in an unfamiliar city.

This cache is meant as a quick grab for those traveling through the area and a nice fast smiley for those that already live here. Copied from VWDave's caches in VA, scrubjsm in WW and LisaandDarin in MD.

Locating this JOE will best be accessed from the northbound exit along the east side of the interstate but is an easy on and off from either direction for traveling cachers.

Stealth will depend on the day and time of your hunt. You will pull up and park right at GZ.

CAUTION: Potential for traffic to be passing by, so if caching with children know there whereabouts at all times.
